We've been so busy that I forget to post, but here is a recent basement remodel that we just completed in the Dexter/Chelsea area. We added a bathroom by cutting out the concrete to route the drain pipes. And also added a new bedroom/office, since there was already a egress window in place. And lowered the whole ceiling to 8', since there was so much ductwork and beams to conceal. Then installed luxury vinyl flooring on insulation pad for added warmth on the whole basement floor including the bathroom. A great transformation with absolutely great people to work with!

Here is a picture of a total house remodel job that we did here in Chelsea. It's hard to show the "before" picture, because the kitchen was where the dining room is, and the dining room was where the kitchen is now. Also turned the mother in law suite into the new master bedroom suite! The floors are Brazilian Cherry floors, sanded and finished with a clear finish. Great customers!
