The private sector will handle most government functions with representatives addressing abuse.

​• Societal Oversight is currently a subset of government.

• This proposed reform pushes most government responsibility to the free enterprise system, with the government overseeing that abuse and corruption are curtailed.

• Currently, citizens are mandated to pay taxes, and politicians and bureaucrats control the spending of those funds on government services.

• Under this reform, there will be a constitutional requirement that citizens take care of specific current government responsibilities in the free enterprise system.

• Therefore, citizens will be mandated to have a police contract, give to charity, educate their children, and have a family law organization, among many more.

​• Businesses must join a private regulatory organization in every aspect of what the current government regulates.

• The private regulatory organization will be required to govern specific areas of regulations and ensure low standards do not cause harm.

• Oversight on law enforcement will be more robust with cooperation requirements among private police businesses.

• Every law enforcement business and personnel must attain a badge from a societal oversight board elected just for that purpose. This board will ensure training, respect for civil liberties, and control of internal affairs.
