The Chester Beautification Committee has officially adopted three roads in the Chester area for litter control and cleanup: Rt. 2 between Chester and Newell, Rt. 30 to the Pennsylvania line, and the Old US Hwy 30 Johnsonville extension. We extend our gratitude to the Chester Lions Club, WV, for their continued commitment to cleaning up Pyramus Rd. and the Hancock County Sheriff Reserves for newly adopting Rt. 2 from the Newell bridge to the end of town.
