Very lightweight road clincher aluminium wheelset for sale. I thought I'd routinely swap between these classic beauties and my new carbon wheels, but the brake track widths are so different that I'd spend hours with setup each time.
Full DT Swiss componentry, mfr. claimed weight just 1450g. 28F/32R light gage spokes w/ red anodized alloy ni***es. Some paint chipping on the venerable 10 speed 240S ratcheting hub flanges is purely cosmetic and can be touched-up. Wear indicator dimples on braking surface show plenty of life left. Includes nice Michelin 23c tires- barely worn. New retail for this wheelset was about $500- any reasonable offers from my local chain gang will be entertained before I list them on eBay in a few weeks! Chuck Mueller
