🍛 Bannu Beef Biryani Recipe
Step 1: Marinate the Beef
Take 1 kg beef and add:
* 1 cup yogurt
* 1 tbsp ginger paste
* 1 tbsp garlic paste
* 1 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
* 1 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
* 2 tbsp Bannu Beef Biryani Masala
Mix everything well and marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2: Cook the Beef
* Heat 1 cup ghee in a pot.
* Add 1 large onion (thinly sliced) and fry until light golden brown.
* Remove the fried onions and set aside for later use.
* In the same ghee, add the marinated beef.
* Cook well until the beef becomes tender and the masala is nicely cooked.

Step 3: Boil the Rice
For 1 kg rice:
* Boil water in a large pot.
* Add:
* Whole lemons (or lemon slices)
* Green chilies
* Bannu Whole Garam Masala
* Add the soaked rice and boil until about 80% cooked.
* Drain the rice and set aside.

Step 4: Layer & Dum
When the beef is fully cooked:
1. Spread a layer of rice.
2. Add a layer of cooked beef.
3. Repeat the layers until everything is used.
For the final layer:
* Add tomato slices.
* Sprinkle the fried onions.
* Garnish with lemon slices.
Cover the pot tightly and cook on dum for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle a little black pepper over everything.
Step 6:
Drizzle mayonnaise generously on top.
Step 7:
