At 42, I don’t believe in pretending. I believe in being honest about what I’ve done, how I maintain, and what I plan to do.
I filmed this last month before my surgery.
Right now, I’m 7 days post-op from a breast lift, reverse abdominoplasty, and upper blepharoplasty, and I’ll share more of that journey as I have time for content. As providers, we ask patients to trust us with their bodies and their expectations. I believe that trust starts with honesty. I know too many injectors hiding what they’ve had done surgically as if only injections will get you to that level. It won’t after a certain age. It just won’t. And neither will skincare alone (looking at you TikTok!)

Over the years, my personal aesthetic approach has been very intentional and very consistent.

I’ve maintained neuromodulators to manage muscle contraction patterns before they etch deeper lines into the skin.
I’ve used biostimulators to stimulate my own collagen and improve long-term skin integrity.
I’ve supported facial structure in areas that naturally lose volume with time.
And I’ve invested in energy-based devices and lasers that improve skin quality, tone, and elasticity.

Because aging is not just about wrinkles. It’s about changes in bone, fat compartments, ligaments, skin quality, and hormones.

And yes, I’ve also made body decisions. After two pregnancies and breastfeeding twice, and a glp-1 agonist, skin laxity is real. Hormones change. Tissue changes. And gravity is the undefeated- true champion.

What I will never do—for myself or for my patients—is overfill, overcorrect, or chase laxity with filler.

Everything we do at Fulcrum Aesthetics & Surgery is grounded in a philosophy of:
Longevity
Structure
Collagen
Balance

Aesthetic medicine should help you look like the best, healthiest, most rested version of yourself—not a different person.

I’ll share more about the surgical recovery soon.

Writing ✍️ Fulcrum Manifesto. I’m on page 3 and so inspired.

What inspired you at work as a leader? What inspired you as an entrepreneur? What inspired you at any point in your life? Meaning draws purpose. I find myself reflecting on all of my experiences, my choices, and how they’re reflections of my own values. Do and did they align with who I want to be?

Allow me to reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Brittony.
Mom of two a 2year old girl & a 17 year old boy…which means I’m raising babies in two completely different decades of life. One is learning her ABCs, the other is heading to Colgate this fall. So yes… there’s a lot of caffeine involved.

I’m equal parts injector & true crime + PBS documentary enthusiast. I love understanding why people do what they do, whether that’s behavior, biology, or aging patterns.

If I can get in the ocean, I’m home. Open water resets me.
I grow a tea garden every year (have I made the tea yet? No 😂 but I love the ritual).
I used to paint in watercolor & ink and I WILL come back to it.

I believe injector education should be better. Safer. More intentional.
I care deeply about longevity & prevention not just quick fixes.

I’m a homebody. I love my husband. I love my kids.
And someday, my daughter and I will keep bees.

This page isn’t just about aesthetics.
It’s about intention. Integrity. And doing things the right way, even when it takes longer.

Thanks for being here. 🤍
