Coaches, when you’re so busy taking care of everyone else…who takes care of you!? There is less mentoring in this industry than ever and the pressures are also greater than ever. Coaches need coaches! Coaches need tools! Coaches need a plan! I’m sharing a few insider tips here (SCROLL➡️) from a workshop I love facilitating on sustaining high performance AND mental wellness. Moving from “surviving to thriving!” Maybe someday I’ll write a book on the subject, what do you think!?
Mental wellness and sports performance often require zooming in on small things, but it’s as critical to learn to zoom OUT to the big picture. I find zooming out to be a big challenge for client’s caught in the daily pressures of this industry.
