Incredible shaman and hunter looking tattoos.

The woman was around 50 years old and was from the Pazyryk culture. They were Iron Age pastoralists of the Altai Mountains of Siberia. The mummies found from this culture tends to have intricate tattoo designs. You can also research the tattoos of the "Siberian ice princess" mummy to see other examples. Caspari’s study revealed that tattoo images were all hand-poked; the larger pieces created using a multi-point tool and then finished off with a separate, finer tool, likely with just one point, to achieve the narrower lines. A similar tool was probably used for the smaller motifs on her hands.
