🍌Bananas put a smile on your face and good vibes in the air. Eating a banana can help boost the production of serotonin in your brain. Serotonin is a naturally occurring substance/chemical that functions as a neurotransmitter to carry out signals between cells and your body. You may know it as the β€œfeel good” chemical. Bananas have a small amount of tryptophan and B6 which is what can help our mind and body relax. PRAISE POTASSIUM !

🍌MAKES YOU P**P! Gwen was right this shxt is bananas (anyone ? πŸ˜‚) bananas are high in fiber and B6 making these bad boys a natural laxative. Eating a yellow banana can help you stay on track with your bowels or get the party started if it’s been a rough couple of days on the toilet. Try to be patient with your bananas, the greener they are the more hard to digest starch they hold, possibly creating constipation. We suggest waiting until they are yellow with some brown spots. Side note they also get sweeter the darker they turn. !?

Those are my top reasons why I think banana are bad ass!
