Holy Goodness! If you color your grays and get those "flayaways" you can't tame, this is your product! It isn't sticky or greasy. It's perfection!

I had a protein bowl in Florida last week that I was dying to recreate. Here is what I did. Still haven't gotten the texture of the base right but it's pretty close!

1/2 a Premier Chocolate Protein Shake
1/2 a Premier Banana Protein Shake
1 T Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T Lankato Keto Peanut Butter Powder, you can also use PB2 if you prefer.

I used the immersion blender until it was combined, smooth with almost a whipped texture to give the Protein that "malted" texture and threw it in the freezer over night.

At the same time, I put some chia seeds in a Mason jar with Almond Milk to soak over night. Hint: add a little vanilla extract for flavor. Overnight, you'll have a great chia pudding.

I took the frozen Protein out of the freezer in the morning, let it sit on the counter while I got dressed and did my hair/make up.

Topped the mixture with my favorite TJs granola, a spoonful of Chia pudding, some Berries and some unsweetened flaked coconut.

This is probably three servings for me but it's DELICIOUS!!! It's like earing ice cream for breakfast.
