I was given a free sample of Dr. Jart Ceramidin Skin Barrier Moisturizing Eye Cream. I've been using it for a bit over a month and honestly, I can't really tell a difference. I've still got puffiness below my eyes, but at least it didn't make my eyes itchy, like I've had happen with other eye creams I've tried. Your mileage may vary, but for me, the hunt continues
