As an autistic adult, it can be so easy to get caught up in my special interests, I forgot to embrace the special, precious moment of the here and now!
But being in 70 degree Orlando for a day 🏝️ to return to chilly Chicago 🥶 made me realize something: every second, every moment is a gift we can embrace & play with, or neglect and toss out! 🎁 No wonder it’s called the present moment! 😉
I hope, on this Monday, my message can inspire y’all to embrace the moment of today, and the days ahead!
