With restrictions going up β¬οΈ again - but really, if you were adhering to things before, things aren't changing much either way - we need to put ourselves and our health first.
Remember to make time for yourself
π‘ Set your boundaries π
π‘ Don't just agree or say yes to everything because that's what you're used to
π‘ Make some time, even if it's 10 minutes β±, to go for a walk outside - that sunlight and fresh air make a huge difference
π‘ If you're having a π·π₯ drink, remember to stay water π§ hydrated! (I'm working on this one even though I won't be having alcohol)
π‘ Meditate π§ββοΈ or sit for a couple of minutes to just breathe
π‘ Stop and look around, appreciate all that surrounds you and be thankful, yes on Thanksgiving but every day
π‘ Give yourself a compliment, be your hype man or woman

Health and fitness are not a one size fits all or one specific look π
Being fit doesn't necessarily mean that you have to have the rock hard abs and have the vascular veins showing.
I don't have the aesthetic of a 'fitness person', yet here I am. I am healthy. I get my bloodwork done and annual exam yearly to make sure that I continue on that path. I am fit - and maybe per the BMI (body mass index) and BF (body fat) scale, I'm not - those numbers don't define me.
We all fit on the sliding fitness scale and we should be supportive of each other and help each other to get stronger, to stay healthy, to live the life we want.
I'm here to help on that path. I can help you work towards the goals you have or want to achieve in that .

Not every day will be easy to get out there for a or a but all it takes is that first step.
Start small and build on those little steps. You can't jump into the deep end πββοΈ and expect to tread water without learning how to swim first right?
Remember, it's little goals that add up to help you reach what may seem unattainable β
