My Tía Lydia is known for making some of the best pasteles in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. People come from all over the island to buy her pasteles all year long, not just during the holidays.
I was so excited filming that I forgot to record her filling the pasteles, but I captured almost everything else from start to finish.
