We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a busy intermodal account running Rail-to-Rail and Rail-to-Customer freight. This is a mixed workflow (XT / Local / Regional) position — steady freight for drivers who want to work and make money.

This account is Home Daily with consistent year-round work.

💰 PAY & STATUS
• Average Take-Home: $1,300 – $1,800+ per week
• 1099 Position
• Paid Orientation
• Paid Truck Inspection

• Intermodal – Rail2Rail & Rail2Customer
• Home Daily – Chicago & Midwest Market
• Mixed Lanes: XT • Local • Regional
• 20’ / 40’ / 53’ Containers
• Steady freight – We stay busy for a reason

🔹 DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 Years Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 Months Intermodal Experience
• Must have experience with: BNSF, CSX, CN, CP, NS, UP
• Must be able to work minimum 5 full days per week
• 6th day optional for extra income
• Must be willing to run local AND regional lanes
• No lane restrictions or picky drivers — this is a mixed operation
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Clean record required
• No DUI
• No SAP

💰 BONUSES
• Productivity Bonus
Run 6 days OR gross $6,000+ per week = $100 weekly bonus
• Annual Loyalty Bonus
Paid on your 53rd week with Pearl Knight Fleet Up to $1,800
• Roadside Safety Bonus

🔁 WORKFLOW EXPECTATIONS

Drivers must be professional and experienced in intermodal operations:
• Efficiently enter and exit rail yards
• Properly secure containers and chassis
• Perform PTI thoroughly before dispatch
• Communicate clearly with dispatch:
• ETAs
• Delays
• Next available time daily
• Pre-plan to meet customer appointment times

Intermodal Account
💰 $1,350–$2,000+ Weekly Take-Home
📍 50–275 Mile Radius
⏱ Consistent 60–70 Hours/Weekends Available as well

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience with intermodal rail background (CSX, NS, BNSF, CN, CP, Global)
• Clean MVR — No more than 1 violation (past 3 years)
• No DUI / No SAP history
• Able to work minimum 5 days per week
• Experience hauling containers, re**ers, dry vans.
