Salmon • Russet Potatoes • Bell Peppers • Onion • Lemons • Minced Garlic • Provolone Cheese • Smoked Gouda (Optional) • Hogie Buns
| Start by cleaning your salmon and veggies! 

For the Fries:
Cut up potatoes to desired size, and soak in an ice bath for 20 minutes or so. Pat dry and spread evenly on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and season to your liking. Bake on 400 for 40 minutes or until crispy.

For the Cheesestake:
Cook thinly sliced veggies on skillet and set aside cook seasoned salmon (I used Cajun, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt, White pepper, and Paprika) cook for about 6 minutes on each side cooking it enough to remove the skin. Cut/shred salmon and mix in veggies, let simmer for a while squeeze a lemon on top and add cheese of choice, lower the heat on the skillet to a low heat! Toast buns adding garlic butter to both sides. Assemble and enjoy!

Sauce: Dijon mustard, Mayo, Ketchup, Hot Sauce, Garlic Paste, Black Pepper, Lemon juice, and onion powder
