We started the demo on this bathroom today and ripped everything out to the studs! We will rip out the tile, durock, hardwood floors & subfloor tomorrow. We will then out in a new subfloor and start building it back together! This is how we do all our bathroom remodels.

As the summer is winding down, here are some of our porches we built during the summer. Let’s us know if you would be interested in a new porch or decks. It’s never to early to start planning for next spring.

Before & After Bathroom Remodel. We demo the bathroom down to the studs, we put in new electrical, drains and water lines, insulated, subfloor & a privacy window. We also added heated floors to keep those toes nice and warm.

Pro Tip: When you tile shower walls make sure they use cement board and have it waterproof. Who ever worked on it before just used gypsum green board and when we were removing it the tile would just fall off but also created mold behind the walls.
