A bit of an update, I've been eating whatever I want with the help of my mast cell suppressing supplement concoction for about 5 months now. I'm a good healthy weight, I rarely have allergic reactions. However, I have noticed a significant increase in overall inflammation when I eat things I'm allergic to, so there's still an inflammatory response that is not being addressed by the supplements. I'm considering tweaking the recipe a bit to see if I can target more inflammatory response cells. I'll try to keep y'all updated. My life is a bit chaotic still, and my brains are response to everything that's happening is basically "shut down" so we'll see

I'm sorry I disappeared again. I've been mourning the loss of my beloved husky, Prince 😭 he died at the age of 14, he was my son's best friend and such a good boy. I don't think I will ever get rid of the guilt of not having him with us when he passed (he was being fostered until we got into stable housing, but unfortunately passed away the week after we moved in, before we could get him)
I'm here, kind of, I'll try to be, but I need more time to heal
