Rear Adm. Jason Lloyd, Commander, chief engineer and deputy commander for ship design, integration and naval engineering recently toured RTC and even handed out a few Navy ball caps to a few lucky recruits!

We commemorated the Navy’s 248th birthday with a three-mile base run and a cake-cutting ceremony!
