This former ballroom turned penthouse may be one of our favorite projects to date.
Recently featured in Crain's Chicago Business, this unique (and now under contract) Lakeview condo, kept its original ballroom intact as a massive living room with 15-foot ceilings and windows on every side…not exactly a typical room to furnish.
We brought in pieces sized to match its grandeur, defined separate zones for living and dining within one massive footprint, and layered in warmth so the space felt like a home with purpose.
The end result is one that we absolutely love.

Buyers form an opinion about a home within seconds of walking in. New construction has every advantage on paper, but an unstaged space still asks buyers to do the hardest work themselves: picturing how a room is used, how scale feels, how a house becomes a home.
This now-closed, new construction stunner in Roscoe Village went under contract its first weekend on the market.
The bones were exceptional, and staging gave all of it context. It defined flow between the formal living room and family room, gave scale to the 11-foot ceilings on the main level, and turned an empty primary suite into a retreat buyers could picture themselves in immediately.
That's the value staging brings to new construction: it doesn't just fill a room, it creates the moment a buyer decides this is the one, and helps buyers connect from the first walk-through.
