Domu put together a list of some of the oldest restaurants in Chicago, including schaller’s pump (1881), daley’s restaurant (1892), the berghoff (1898), the walnut room (1907), and cafe brauer (1908). these are the only restaurants in town where someone could have celebrated the final out of a chicago cubs world series championship.
