Our Story.

It all started in middle school, when I tried - and failed -to hit on a girl applying her mascara (or whatever that thing you ladies put on your eyelashes). Fast forward 7 years and that same girl is probably the greatest friend I’ve ever had. Christie and I, (David), have grown together through countless trials; some of which would tear even the closest of friendships apart. Instead we have only grown closer, forming a connection that is akin to family. While Christie may have more of the artistic talent, it was only till I picked up a camera that I truly came into my own.

Key Photography is a local artistry based in the heart of San Antonio, Texas. Run by two friends, who believe that the soul is key to creativity and strive to not only deliver a product to our consumers that is one of a kind, but to also bring creativity back into main stream photography. In a society that is filled with cookie cutter groups, and an over saturated market of supposed “Professional Photographers,” we aim to raise above the rest.

It doesn’t just stop with us two though. In the future, we plan to expand our network and resources to other photographers/artists and become a hub to the creative. Both Christie and I have experienced the usual responses.
