- Rear Delt: 3 sets of 8 reps, 50 lbs
- Rope Pul Down: 3 sets of 10 reps, 25lbs
- Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 10 reps, 30 lbs
Closing Cardio-
- Stair Climber: 5 minutes, Level 5; 10 minutes, Level 6 (200 calorie burn)
