Founder Jai Slaughter Was Sitting At Work At Her Airline Job, When Her Boss Came Over and Said Something Inappropriate To Her. After Walking To The Washroom With Tears Running Down Her Face, She Looked At Herself In The Mirror and Started Speaking I AM Over Herself.
She Said “ I AM Beautiful, I AM Strong, I AM Courageous, I AM Intelligent, I AM Not What He Just Said, but I AM Successful, I AM A Entrepreneur.” She Just Kept Saying “I AM, I AM, I AM”. Midpoint From Her Walking Out of The Washroom Back To Her Office, God Spoke To Her and Said “ Create A Collection Called I AM, and Its Not To Speak To Where You Are But Where You Are Going”.
