Student: "Why do I need to keep a positive attitude? I don't feel very positive right now!"

Coach: "Because when you give in to negativity, you've already lost. Keeping a positive frame of mind is not being unrealistic. It is the manner in which reality is consciously created. It is maintaining a belief against all odds in yourself and the higher power that guides you. It is in fact, the only way to win on a consistent basis. Which is why winning consistently - at home, at work, or at play - is so hard to do without the right mindset. Those who master a positive outlook on life do so by constantly training and conditioning themselves to meet and overcome all obstacles in their paths. This daily practice reinforces a positive, winning attitude every single day. These are the champions. It doesn't matter if you're down and out right now. The championship knows that this is only a temporary state - so he smiles inwardly and presses on with the confidence that he will win the fight. His positive attitude becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy that produces a positive outcome while a negative attitude does the same to guarantee a negative one. It's really your choice. Which attitude and outcome would you like to choose?"
