Today TMTC turns 1 and what a year it has been!

Just like a newborn baby I have been seeing things for the first time and making new discoveries everyday.

I initially started my entrepreneurial journey as a Certified Event Planner. But as we all know the pandemic turned everything upside down. So, a year ago, I had to make a decision, sink or swim??? So after praying I opened my eyes, just like a newborn and with my new birth and new sight The MyTee Thoughts Collection, LLC was born. I created this brand with the mindset that if I change my thinking, I can change my life. So all of the products I have launched over the last year has been with that thought process in mind.

Could I have just gone back to work? Absolutely! But I decided that my dreams were more important to me than helping someone manifest their dreams for their large corporation that has made millions and billions already. I had to change my thinking and focus on what would get me to the place of comfort, peace and keep my sanity in tact. I have to leave my Sweet Pea with something that she too could build off of if she so chooses.

This empire building is not for the faint of heart. It’s a lot of consistent work all of the time. You have to know when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em. That last part comes totally by being still, trusting and listening to God. I have only made it this far by His grace for it is truly sufficient for me.

As a single mother I try to give her the best things/experiences in life and sometimes y’all I know I over do it, but she so deserves it.
