Our team visited our new client to learn more about their operations and kick off our partnership. Marsha Serlin, founder and president, developed United Scrap Metal from an initial $200 investment to one of metro Chicago's largest and fastest growing full-service recyclers. Their story is pretty incredible.

We love meeting our clients in person, especially when we get to see them in their element.

Our Managing Director Lisa Alvarado and Lead Associate Consultant Gillian Pena recently visited Santa Monica, CA to lead a Microaggressions & Microinclusions training at ’s company retreat. With over 180 people attending in person and 100 over Zoom, it was a huge success. Here’s what Gillian had to say:
