Please note, this is not perfect and it took me nearly 5hrs between 2 days to sort through a mess of 3rd parties to function…I hope you don’t need it but have had a few people reach out. Please share!

🥲 In my feels today as I’m reminded that it’s been exactly 1 year since I went live and started my mobile coffee cart . It’s been a WILD ride and I will never get over the love and support I’ve received from near and far. New friends, old friends, teachers, light workers, Gods messengers (always RIGHT on TIME), fellow coffee shop/cart owners, and theee best customers. I’ve seen and experienced so much and I know this is still the beginning.

Looking back, I am beyond proud of taking this leap of faith which has allowed me to discover a newer version of myself—one that is choosing to live On and IN her purpose and learning to live out loud. 💖.

I will not lie, there are days I am figuring it out along the way. Doing my best to juggle the responsibilities of the roles in my life, all important, all that bring me immense JOY, all 1000% worth it.

🌟 February and March Flew By! ✈️ I’ve had such an amazing time over the last few months, and I can’t thank you all enough for your support. Meeting new customers at @chicago.nativefoods has been a highlight, and I’m thrilled to be approaching 900 followers! You all are incredible! 🎉 In January and February, I had the honor of participating in Restaurant Week at @nativefoodscafe. It was a fantastic experience! February was also a month of love with Coffee and Flowers for Valentine’s Day. So many beautiful bouquets were purchased, bringing smiles to both solo celebrators and loved ones. One bouquet even made its way to a mom via Uber—how sweet is that? 💐💖 A personal highlight was attending my first-ever Uterus Galentines Party! Can we make this a trend? 😂♥️ It was a blast sharing our crazy stories and celebrating together. Pisces energy was strong this month! One of my favorite moments was at a Birthday Brunch and Workout class for the amazing @yadi.businessco. What’s brewing for the next few months? I started learning more about coffee in 2020 during the pandemic. My first book was The World Atlas of Coffee by James Hoffman. I wanted to upgrade to a more sophisticated espresso machine and always knew I wanted to reconnect with my roots and pursue a business in coffee through cherished stories my grandmother shared with me growing up. In 2021, I dared to dream what it all would feel like to live it out with .mother . It would have been so much easier to create a clean brand with a simple concept, but if you know me, I am far from simple. LOL. Everything from the logo, colors, concept, ingredients has been given a lot of thought and consideration. I recognize the weight so many of us are carrying right now and I’ve been wanting to express this for a long time but part of it has been delayed by feeling overwhelmed to share something so personal to me. I am now because I see how necessary it is. I hope some will be able to resonate. I hope you know that I see all of you. I am ready for great times on this journey upward, good vibes, and great coffee.
