Our numbers are just in for the latest February update. Did you hear that Naples was once again voted #1 as the Happiest and Healthiest place to live in the United States? We are very proud to receive this designation once again.

Along with being Happy and Healthy, the Real Estate Market is pretty good too! Overall sales and closings increased in February, sales increased 10% and closings increased 18% keeping us very busy! Inventory of homes for sale is up by 1,000 units which represents a 16% increase over last year, providing many choices for buyers. This is great because the increase in sales and closings is evidence that buyers are liking the abundant inventory.

Overall median closed sales prices increased a modest 3% year over year and once again, this is neighborhood specific. Some neighborhoods are seeing increases in values while others may remain unchanged and some are actually seeing a decrease in values.
