Meditation and Grounding through Ballet Technique.
This class would offer breath work, deep stretching, and introduction to ballet posture and technique. I’ve loved taking ballet the majority of my life and would love to present it in this non traditional way. This is a class that would happen once or twice a month on Sundays. The fee for the class would be $10-$15 suggested donation. I would never turn someone away if they absolutely could not pay. I only have an expected year left of living in Chico and would love to share my love of dance before beginning my journey next year!
