Most outdoor outlets are on a GFCI and can easily trip during wet weather. (Or during the course of the year)

If the circuit is dead check the GFCI and push the black “reset” button.

“Icicle” style lights frequently get blown into the gutters causing them to short out the entire strand.

Instead, plan on hanging them below the gutters with hooks to avoid having to repair and re-hang them. .or, you can call me.
