In all seriousness, cardiovascular exercise IS super important even if it is not always the vibe. It helps with strong heart, better endurance, improved recovery, blood pressure, fat loss/maintenance, brain health, and longevity...it matters.
You dont have to love it, but you should do SOME: walk, jog, hike, dance, row, something fun that elevates your heart rate.
Start small, work up, build the habit and consistency, dont stress if you miss one day, it all counts.
