This customer in Liberty Twp wanted some plumbing upgrades to the home they recently purchased🏡. We shut the water off at the street and replaced the main inside shut off valve as well as the pressure reducing valve and dual check valve on the main water line💧. Then replaced the 15 year old water heater and expansion tank🔥.

💥This customer in North College Hill needed a leak repaired in the crawlspace and all the damaged insulation removed and replaced. We pulled out all the bad insulation and hauled it off to the dump🤢. We found and repaired the leak on a 3/4" copper water line💦. Then we put in all new insulation in the crawlspace🧰. We barely fit in the access hole in the floor, we learned quick not to fill those garbage bags all the way or they wouldn't fit out the hole🤣!

💥The Township was calling people out for broken concrete/unsafe sidewalks in this neighborhood😬. We took care of a couple houses on this street🧰. We ended up grinding trip hazards, skim coating lightly damaged sidewalk sections and tearing out and fully replacing sections😎.

We were able to sneak this one in just before the weather got cold ❄️. Repaired loose facia and trimmed out the pillars top and bottom🧰. Then gave it all a couple coats of fresh white paint👌.
