Seven Hills Neighborhood Houses is creating safe, supportive spaces in Cincinnati’s historic West End where young people can grow, lead, and thrive.

The S.T.E.P.S. program offers young people a welcoming environment to learn, connect, and discover their potential. Through mentorship, enrichment opportunities, and strong community partnerships, youth are building confidence, strengthening academic skills, and forming meaningful relationships that extend beyond the classroom.

Family engagement, volunteer support, and collaboration with local partners create a network of encouragement around every student, reinforcing that they are seen, supported, and capable of success. Together, this support system is helping young people build confidence today and brighter futures tomorrow.

Millstone Fund is proud to support the Robert O’Neal Multicultural Arts Center (ROMAC) with a grant to help stabilize the historic Regal Theater in Cincinnati’s West End.

ROMAC - Robert O'Neal Multicultural Art Center provides arts education, youth entrepreneurship programming, exhibitions, and community events that create opportunities and preserve cultural heritage.

This investment supports Phase 1, roof replacement and structural stabilization, a critical step in protecting a National Historic Landmark that has stood vacant for more than 30 years.

By transforming the Regal into a permanent cultural hub, ROMAC is strengthening access to arts and education while helping drive long-term community revitalization in the West End.
