Amanada K. exemplified our core value, We are Made to Serve, when she assisted a patient caller last month. Not only was Amanda compassionate during the call, but she quickly engaged the necessary protocol when she realize the patient was disoriented and needed assistance, escalating the call and getting the patient the help they needed.
