TDT has grown so much this past year that I’m going to post some goodies that many may have missed! Here’s a little scrape/rebound exercise for what I call Fwings - I use them in replacement of shuffles often for the advanced kiddos!

Making up crawl rudiments and adding more to my classwork is my idea of FUN! 😆 hopefully you can snag this - I taught this all of summer ‘25 in my tech classes!
