When I was in college, our newsroom had a sign that said content is king. As a designer, I secretly kind of hated it for most of my time there.

As we become more overwhelmed by media and can create new content at lightning speed, even with a simple AI prompt I believe in that idea more than ever. And design was never really in opposition to it- it is the strong and sturdy support when done with intentionality.
