The Bread Also Rises

The order form is up, and here are the March order dates! Parmesan sourdough is back by popular demand! This will be one of my last order dates before maternity leave ♥️

Not the prettiest soup to look at, but it tastes so good! If you watched my stories awhile back where I walked you through feeding my starter, Breadsley, you know one of the things you do is discard some of the starter. One of my favorite things to make with sourdough discard is a roux for soup. This has veggie broth, extra sharp cheddar, cream, pinto and kidney beans, carrots, broccoli, cream cheese, and seasonings in it. We sometimes add rice or other leftovers we have. It’s a great meal for repurposed leftovers, and it’s toddler approved, which is a win for me!
