• This home is built into the side of a hill, making proper drainage critical to protecting the foundation and surrounding property.
• Our goal on this project was to ensure all surface water drains away from the home by establishing positive drainage throughout the property. We carefully regraded the affected areas to eliminate low spots and create consistent slopes that direct water away from the structure.
• Water management starts with proper grading. When water flows where it’s supposed to, you reduce the risk of erosion, standing water, foundation issues, and landscape damage.

Yard regrade completed in Bixby. The original slope was directing water toward the house, creating drainage problems. We reshaped the yard to establish positive drainage and move water away from the foundation, helping keep the home dry and protected.

Worked around the rain and knocked out a 30’x50’ building pad, brought the pad up to the same level as the house to keep water from running between the home and the new shop building!

Rainy days don’t stop progress. Today we spent the day in the shop changing oil in two skid steers and one of the trucks, making sure everything stays maintained and ready for the next job.
If it fits it ships. We may only have a small shop right now, but we’re thankful for it and hopefully before long we’ll be building the pad for a bigger shop to keep growing and improving the operation. One step at a time. 💪
