Nothing beats a good before-and-after! We removed the rot, failing siding, and reframed the structure. Then we installed fresh durable exterior side and new updated windows.⚒️

🚤 Boathouse Transformation Update! 🚤

We’re in the final stretch of this incredible boathouse transformation, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the progress! 🛠️✨

✅ Old roof? Gone. In its place, we’ve built a stunning new deck, adding both function and style to the space.
✅ Structural integrity? Reinforced. We’ve double-plated the inside studs to ensure stability and strength, supporting the added weight with ease.
✅ Water management? Handled. Our pan system beneath the deck is expertly designed to defer water, keeping everything below dry and protected.
