Our History

Scotty and Lucas Hill are the co-founders of iSolar. The Hill brothers have been in the solar industry for multiple years. They have served literally hundreds of different families ranging all across the country. They understand what going solar REALLY means and they know that if it doesn’t make sense for the customer then it’s not a deal.

While they have loved the industry, product, and communities, they saw a void in the market; the misinformation about how incentives, financing and payments worked from other companies. Solar customers were heavily overcharged and they were being sold systems that didn’t fit their homes. It was then that they decided to found iSolar!
