Ok all, we need your help one more time. We got the plans, we got the money. The construction bids were due by Friday. This means very soon the city will select who will build the park. I have been informed that the city will not consult the skatepark group or even Chad Muska on who to select to build the park. It is just as important to select the most qualified builder that comes in within our budget. The city intends to take the lowest bid. THIS IS NOT OK. We need everyone to send emails, call, what ever it takes to convince them to get the best builder possible. We have first hand knowledge that there are some of the best builders in the world who have submitted bids. Don’t let the city build another pawlak park to save money.
