high summer greetings garden friends
🌸
We are so excited to be nearing the official opening at our new garden home!
🌼
In the last few weeks, Amanda and I (Taylor @theraeflower) have been busy transplanting, harvesting, drying, and processing medicines from the old garden before we have to be moved out completely in a few days... spending so much time with the mullein, yarrow, monarda and elders has been bittersweet
✨
As much as we would like to, there is no way we will be able to bring every one of our plant friends with us to our new home. And the new owners indicated they would like the garden mowed
💔
so we are calling on community to once again help! We would like to extend an invitation to come by the old gardens and transplant any medicine friends that you all might like! We know its not the ideal season for this, but we have been doing it for the last couple of weeks with a a good amount of success!

Ithaca friends - this might be close to you. A bipoc community garden is sharing medicines as they new owners plant to mow the gardens down. So many herbal medicines that need to transplant and live….maybe you can help?
