Here’s a quick tricep, shoulder, chest workout I did at 34 weeks pregnant!
Workout 4x (arrow down)
Warmup with band and hugging baby
-Upright rows alternating- 12 each side
-Chest flyes- 12 reps
-Tricep extension- 12 reps
-Kneeling side raises- 12 reps
-Chest press alternating- 10 each side
-External rotations to serve the platter- 10 reps
-Front to side raises- 12 reps
-Overhead press alternating- 10 each side
-Seated shoulder press- 12 reps
-Kneeling shoulder taps- 12 each side
