Pierpoint Renovations

Finally wrapped up the high end, bare bones, renovation in Ohio City! Proud of the team that came together to accomplish this one!

The team started work on a large historical duplex downtown. A previous contractor had attempted to renovate this property and got in a little too far over his head.. We will be removing the whole entire floor plan, reframing nearly everything and starting from scratch. With the exception of multiple raccoons the team encountered, this property has been sitting vacant for years!
