Insulated Serving Bowls

Our new insulated serving bowls come in 2 sizes 1qt and 2.5 qt. They are advertised as being able to keep your food warm for up to 2 hours but I want to share a little story with you. I made mashed potatoes (used the new potato masher and let me say amazing), I put my mashed potatoes in the 2.5qt bowl at 1pm. My MIL came over at 3 and I asked her to try them. We all know how quickly potato’s can get cold lol. She said “they are hot!” I told her they had been sitting in that bowl for 2 hours. She then said she wanted 2 of them. My SIL came over about an hour and a half later and they were still luke warm, not cold, after 3.5 hours 😱.

The outside of the bowl stays cool too! And! There is even a hook on the lid to make serving easy. Imagine using these at a big holiday meal. How helpful would this be?!

You can also use it for cold food 😊
