This is a regular client that gets a relaxer touchup. She has been contemplating coming away from the relaxer. Also, her lifestyle has changed dramatically, unexpectedly, and has not been able to get in to have her hair done in over THREE MONTHS. She is a senior citizen and has some physical limitations, unable to keep up with her hair the way she would like to.

She has not moisturized and shampooed her hair well since her last haircare services. It was weak from dehydration (lack of moisture) which left her hair tangled, matted, and brittle. She heard about the silk press service and wanted to know more about it and thought it would be a great alternative to the chemical service. The haircut was needed to
give a clean look, shape the hair, and to better manage it at home.
