I go hard at work, and I go hard for my kids. This photo lets me know it's worth it!
Recently we celebrated my son's 18th birthday (whaaaat, I'm now the parent of a full-grown adult 😳) and this is my favorite image from the day ... my daughter lovingly embracing her big brother after he unwrapped the gift she purchased for him (with her own money by the way 💵😉). If you look closely, even our rescue pup Shadow is in awe of the moment.
Watching my kids love on and support one another lets me know that whatever life throws at them (and we all know life can be difficult at times), they're going to be okay.
