Yeah my face is chubby………………… That’s all. 👋🏽

I’ve never paid attention to my mental health or physical health. I always just sat back and said I’ll be good don’t worry about me just dealing with s**t and making others happy instead of myself but now that I’m putting myself first I know what being happy feels like and it feels great and working on my physical health makes it that much better. I can happily say I dont think anyone is ready for this new me that’s in the works including myself 😅😅. This journey I’m pursuing is fu***ng great, the pain and all that comes along with it. I feel like documenting this s**t. I think that’s the next step for me.
