Enlightened Living Events

Enlightened Living Events was so incredibly honored to get to share the afternoon with Girl Scout Troop 70422! We started off with some yoga poses intended to stretch and harmonize our bodies and shared some breathing techniques to calm the mind. We then danced and shook off any negative energy, creating space for positivity, love, and joy. We slowed things down a bit with a short meditation and layed it all down in a gong bath! Gong baths are known to reduce stress, help with coping mechanisms, remove emotional blockages, and create balance and harmony in the mind, body, and soul.
Next we created beautiful vision boards for the girls to take home as a visual representation of the positive things they want to bring into their lives.
A rainbow snack of fresh fruits and vegetables and a sparkling ✨ star friut punch was served! We talked about all of the different health benefits of each fruit and vegetable and about how eating the rainbow 🌈 can help us have happy and healthy bodies!
